Our oven is an old world style brick oven with a barrel vault ceiling.  Based on ovens found all around Italy, we hand built this oven.  Here we show the process of how our oven was built from start to finish.  A great deal of thanks goes out to all of our friends who helped and without their support none of this would have been possible.
